Funding Your Home Purchase
1. Financial Pre– Qualification or Pre-Approval
Give mortgage broker the required documentation as soon as possible. Expect to have your credit report done immediately.
2. Loan Approval
The underwriter is the final stage of your loan approval. Once approved the documentation is sent to title.
A title agent will examine the home for any liens from the current owner or city liens against the home.
Lender reviews the loan package and transfers funds by wire.
